CoopFi

Everything a cooperative thrift society runs on

Cooperative thrift societies still run on spreadsheets, ledgers, and WhatsApp. CoopFi hands them one system instead: members save, take guarantor-backed loans, pay dues, and settle up by QR from a branded app, while the committee runs meetings, dividends, and compliance from a live dashboard.

Closet by HM Verge

Try it on before you buy it

A fashion storefront that brings the fitting room to you. Shoppers browse ready-to-wear or commission a tailor, then drop in a selfie and watch the garment settle onto their own body before they pay, with the background removed and the cloth mapped by an AI try-on model.

Wisp

Sealed, expiring shares the server can never read

Wisp hands someone a secret and then forgets it. Your browser encrypts the file or note before it ever leaves, and the key rides in the link's fragment (the one part of a URL that never reaches a server), so all Wisp can store is ciphertext it is unable to read. Set it to expire, cap the views, burn after a single read, or gate it behind a one-time email code; every view is watermarked, so a leaked screenshot points straight back to whoever opened it.

SimOrchestra

AI agents that build software while you watch

Most “autonomous coding” asks you to trust a black box. SimOrchestra runs a relay of agent personas (analyst, architect, planner, dev, reviewer) from a one-line idea to an open pull request, but streams every move into a live feed and pauses at a gate before anything consequential. It only merges once a human says so, and each agent works inside its own git worktree behind a command denylist, so “let it run” never quietly becomes “let it loose.”

Education

Companion

An AI tutor for French that actually listens

Most language apps quiz you; Companion talks back. You hold a real French conversation, interruptions and all, while it corrects your grammar mid-sentence and scores your pronunciation down to the individual phoneme. It keeps track of the mistakes you make again and again and tilts each session toward them, with full timed TCF mock exams for when the test is the real thing.

Education

Home Tutor

A full homeschool lesson, generated in a click

A parent homeschooling two children two different ways shouldn't need two apps. Home Tutor writes a complete, printable lesson on demand, whether that's a Montessori album page for one child or a UK National Curriculum plan for the other, and even relabels its own interface to match each tradition. It runs on your own Claude, GPT, or Gemini key (encrypted at rest) and prints the worksheets, answer keys, and stroke-order handwriting sheets that go with every lesson.

Targaet

Shared household budgeting, synced in real time

Sharing a budget falls apart the moment two people do mental math on the same balance. Target keeps a single running total that a database trigger updates, never the app, so when either of you logs a coffee, both phones agree within about half a second. It works offline, unlocks with a fingerprint, and can even nudge you to record a purchase the moment you step out of the shop.

Education

Codely

One live editor for you and your student

Teaching someone to code over a screen share is a laggy guessing game. Codely drops the instructor and the learner into the same editor, running JavaScript and Python right in the browser. Real cursors, nobody clobbering anybody, thanks to CRDTs.

AI & Productivity

ResumeAI Pro

Written for people, read by machines

Your resume gets read by a parser long before a human ever sees it. ResumeAI Pro builds a clean, properly typeset one from a form or a file you upload, then scores it against a specific job posting, flags the skills you're missing, and drafts a cover letter that only claims what's actually on the page. It runs with no account and no API keys if you'd rather, and the paid tier is a single one-time purchase, enforced in code instead of on trust.

HMVerge Play

Any IPTV provider, in an app that doesn't feel like one

Point HMVerge Play at any Xtream Codes account or M3U link and your live TV, movies, and series turn up sorted and ready to watch. The player is built for the couch: swipe for brightness or volume, pick up where you left off, pull an episode down for the flight. It juggles several providers without losing the thread. It stays quick by caching everything locally, speaks seven languages, and ships on both iOS and Android.

vergePlay

Native Swift IPTV player for iPhone and iPad

vergePlay is HMVerge Play torn down and rebuilt in native Swift, for people who want their IPTV to feel like it belongs on an iPhone. VLCKit plays the formats stock players choke on; AirPlay, Picture-in-Picture, and Chromecast throw it to the big screen; and an EPG grid, background downloads, and voice search fill in the rest. Playlists, favorites, and watch progress follow you across devices over iCloud, with credentials tucked into the Keychain.

French Tutor AI

French practice in the browser, A1 to C2

Where Companion lives on your phone, French Tutor AI takes the same push toward real fluency into the browser. AI marks your writing and holds a conversation, high-quality speech reads each phrase back for pronunciation (and falls back to your browser's own voice when you're offline), and structured lessons, spaced-repetition vocabulary, and TCF/TEF prep carry you from a shaky A1 to a confident C2.

Utilities

Cleaner

Reclaim storage and speed on Mac and iPhone

Cleaner is the Mac tune-up app I wanted without the monthly bill. One Smart Scan hunts down whatever's quietly eating your disk: duplicate and blurry photos, byte-for-byte identical files, stale caches, the gigabytes an “uninstalled” app left scattered behind. Then it maps where the rest of your space actually went. Nothing is ever truly gone: deletions route through the Trash with one-click Put Back, and the same codebase ships a leaner build for iPhone.

SimpleTab Plus

Turn tab chaos into organized collections

If closing a browser window gives you a small jolt of panic, SimpleTab Plus is built for you. It turns the new-tab page into a home base where tabs become named collections inside colour-coded workspaces, syncs them across every machine you sign into, and can sweep a mess of open tabs into tidy groups by site in a single click. Search them, drag to reorder, export a backup. Tabs finally stop being disposable.

ContactRef

Every contact, exactly where you left them

A phone's contact list is a junk drawer; ContactRef is a filing cabinet. It keeps names, numbers, addresses, and faces in one calm, searchable place, with every account's data walled off in its own slice of the database. Filter as you type, sort people into friends, colleagues, and mates, and, if you're the admin, run the whole roster from a proper console.

Our Expertise

The hard parts, handled

The capabilities behind the work above, and what we'd bring to yours. Real systems, shipped: secure, fast, and built to grow with your business.

Multi-tenant SaaS & fintech

Platforms that serve many customers from one system, with row-level data isolation, wallets, payments, and compliance built in from day one.

AI-native product engineering

LLM features that hold up in production: streaming, retrieval, bring-your-own-key, and grounded output across Claude, GPT, and Gemini.

Security & privacy by design

End-to-end encryption, zero-knowledge architecture, and auth done properly, so sensitive data stays private, even from the server that stores it.

Real-time & collaborative

Live cursors, shared state, and instant sync with CRDTs and realtime databases. Multiplayer experiences that never fall out of step.

Native iOS & macOS

SwiftUI apps that feel at home on Apple hardware: serious media playback, background work, iCloud sync, and the details people notice.

Cross-platform mobile

One React Native and Expo codebase to both app stores: offline-first, biometrics, push, and a release pipeline that just ships.

Commerce & payments

Storefronts and checkout that move money reliably: multiple providers, server-authoritative pricing, and region-aware flows.

Design to launch, end to end

One team from first sketch to shipped product: interface, engineering, infrastructure, and the launch itself.

Got something you need built?

Bring the problem. We'll bring the plan, the build, and the launch.

Let's Build Together

What are you building?

Tell us what you're building. We'll bring the design, engineering, and momentum to get it launched.

Straight to the builders

You talk to the people writing the code, not a sales layer.

Shipped, not just designed

We take it to production and the app store, not a Figma file.

Yours to own

Clean code, docs, and infrastructure you keep. No lock-in.
